  • GABRIELLE PLANÈSGABRIELLE PLANÈS
    Gabrielle Planès has served as President of Promediation since February 2017. After graduating from a business school, Gabrielle Planès pursued a 25-year international career in education and training while on secondment to the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Upon her return to mainland France, she earned a European Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and conducted research on various topics, including professional training and evaluation. Her expertise in group dynamics, combined with in-depth training in the Palo Alto model and several other courses—including a corporate mediation certification from CNAM—  has enabled her to address a wide range of complex issues. She has facilitated approximately 400 mediations across various domains, including internal/workplace and group mediation, both preventively and during crises. Gabrielle Planès is co-author of Le médiateur dans l’arène (ERES, 2009) with Thomas Fiutak, and has contributed to three additional books on mediation. She is a private and court-appointed mediator and develops training programs on mediation practice for diverse audiences (HR Managers, notaries, bailiffs, civil servants, etc.).   • STÉPHANIE GUINSTÉPHANIE GUIN
    Stéphanie Guin is the Treasurer of Promediation. She brings over fifteen years of professional experience to the association, particularly from her tenure at the Loxam Group. Her background in Human Resources extends beyond traditional HR functions, encompassing management, auditing, and advisory support for business leaders. She has also been responsible for managing employee relations with Staff Representative Bodies, organizing mandatory annual negotiations, coordinating professional elections, and overseeing the implementation of an agreement on annualized working hours.  Stéphanie also holds a Master’s degree in Economics with a specialization in “Business and Communities”.
  • BRUNO ANDRÉ GIRAUDONBRUNO ANDRÉ GIRAUDON
    Bruno André Giraudon holds degrees in Economics and Public Management (Master’s – Dauphine), Communication (DEA – Dauphine), and Conflict Management and Resolution (Institute of Social Psychology – Paris V Descartes University). Since 1996, he has been a lecturer in negotiation at Université Paris-Dauphine. He has also taught at the École Nationale d’Administration (ENA) since 1998, and in 2007, participated in the ILCCE (Initiative for Collaborative Leadership and State Cohesion) in the Democratic Republic of Congo, delivering a seminar in Bas-Congo (Matadi) through the Institute for Research and Education on Negotiation in Europe (ESSEC-IRENE). Bruno is a former Internal Training Consultant at Orange Campus (France Telecom), and previously served as HR Manager at Téléperformance and as Director of Human Resources at Internet Telecom. He now devotes most of his time to trade union activities within France Telecom (CHSCT), and elsewhere, (he works on interprofessional negotiations on staff representative bodies with MEDEF and serves as labor court advisor ‘Conseiller Prud’hommes’ in the executive section in Paris).
