- LAMINE SARRLamine SARR is a professional in management control and audit, and a graduate of the École Supérieure de Gestion de Paris. Since joining PROMEDIATION in September 2022, Mr. SARR has been responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring the transparency and effectiveness of the association’s administrative and financial procedures. With over a decade of experience, both on the ground and at headquarters, he has specialized in the budgetary and financial management of programs and NGOs financed by major international donors such as USAID, the European Union, AFD, and CDCS/MEAE. In addition to his work in the nonprofit sector, Lamine has held positions as a General Accountant for several French companies across a range of industries, including social services, education, culture, international trade, finance, and media.
- SAFAE LAHYANISafae Lahyani holds a Master’s degree in Accounting, Control, and Audit from the Faculty of Finance, Banking, and Accounting at the University of Lille, as well as a Master 2 in Financial and Accounting Management from the National School of Commerce and Management in Morocco. She has acquired substantial experience in the financial management of donor-funded programs during her time at Ernst & Young (EY), a leading financial audit and consulting firm. Safae joined Promediation in September 2022 as the association’s Administrative and Financial Manager.
- YASMINE GUIAOYasmine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, as well as in Project Management. She joined the Promediation Burkina team in October 2020 as Administrative and Accounting Manager. Prior to this role, she gained experience in accounting and administrative management with humanitarian and development organizations focused on peacebuilding, including Solidar Suisse and Mwanga Action, operating in the Boucle du Mouhoun and Sahel regions of Burkina Faso. In addition, Yasmine has actively volunteered with community-based associations dedicated to the reintegration of disengaged youth and the promotion of girls’ education in rural areas.
- VINUJAN LOGESWARANVinujan joined Promediation in October 2024 as an Accounting and Finance Apprentice. Driven by a strong passion for numbers and management, he brings his skills to the organization by actively contributing to the oversight of financial operations. He holds a General Baccalaureate with a focus on Mathematics and Physics supplemented by an advanced Mathematics option. Vinujan began his academic journey in Finance with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance before specializing in Accounting and Management through an apprenticeship-based BTS. Curious, detail-oriented, and continuously seeking to expand his knowledge, Vinujan remains committed to deepening his expertise at Promediation and is well-prepared to embrace new challenges in the financial sector.
