Jules joined Promediation’s operational team in December 2022 as a Program Assistant for West Africa. Since January 2025, he has served as West Africa Coordinator and has contributed to the implementation, management, and monitoring of our initiatives in Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso, and the northern Gulf of Guinea region.
Jules holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Sciences Po Lyon and a Master’s degree in Conflict Management (Peace Studies) from Paris Dauphine University. He also completed an exchange year at the University of Pennsylvania in the United States. Throughout his academic journey, Jules focused on conflict analysis and transformation, particularly in West and Central Africa. He began his professional path with Promediation as an intern in April 2022, following an earlier internship with an international organization.
