Holding a Master’s degree in Management of International Organizations, his career path has led him to intervene in major crisis situations across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, where he supervised large-scale teams and managed complex projects involving humanitarian logistics and security. His expertise covers establishing operational structures, population access, coordinating emergency relief, and managing relations with local stakeholders.
