Bruno André Giraudon holds degrees in Economics and Public Management (Master’s – Dauphine), Communication (DEA – Dauphine), and Conflict Management and Resolution (Institute of Social Psychology – Paris V Descartes University).
Since 1996, he has been a lecturer in negotiation at Université Paris-Dauphine. He has also taught at the École Nationale d’Administration (ENA) since 1998, and in 2007, participated in the ILCCE (Initiative for Collaborative Leadership and State Cohesion) in the Democratic Republic of Congo, delivering a seminar in Bas-Congo (Matadi) through the Institute for Research and Education on Negotiation in Europe (ESSEC-IRENE).
Bruno is a former Internal Training Consultant at Orange Campus (France Telecom), and previously served as HR Manager at Téléperformance and as Director of Human Resources at Internet Telecom. He now devotes most of his time to trade union activities within France Telecom (CHSCT), and elsewhere, (he works on interprofessional negotiations on staff representative bodies with MEDEF and serves as labor court advisor ‘Conseiller Prud’hommes’ in the executive section in Paris).
Bruno contributed to the design and implementation of an internal mediation system at the confederation level of his trade union, and served as an internal mediator within his professional federation from 2003 to 2005. He is a member of the National Association of Mediators (ANM) and Promediation.
