Support for Sudanese civil society to contribute to ending the crisis

In November 2025, Promediation and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through the Centre de Crise et de Soutien (CDCS), have launched a programme aiming to enable greater representation of civil society and its concerns within the existing peace processes in Sudan.

The new programme focuses on contributing to the emergence and formulation of a unified vision among Sudanese civil society on the current situation and potential solutions to end the crisis, capable of influencing existing peace initiatives.

Finally, Promediation aims to contribute to a greater integration of the civil society’s perspectives, including this shared vision, in the existing official peace initiatives.
