Contributing to Dialogue between Palestinian Factions and the Lebanese Authorities

Since December 2023, Promediation has engaged in dialogue with Palestinian factions in Lebanon in order to better understand their priorities in a context of regional upheavals in Palestine, Syria, and Lebanon, as well as the protection of the right of return.

In February 2025, Promediation and the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs launched a project to support dialogue between Palestinian factions and the Lebanese authorities. This program focuses on the issues of national disarmament envisaged by the Lebanese authorities, as well as the goal of improving socio-economic rights and living conditions in Lebanon’s 12 Palestinian camps, within the framework of upholding the right of return.
